Nancy Lucas, founder and owner of Options 4 Health Insurance, takes pride in having over 30 years of experience and an in-depth knowledge of both the healthcare and health insurance industries.  From 1985 to 1999, Nancy was the office manager for a private internal medicine practice in Silver Spring, Maryland.  In September, 1999, Nancy left the medical practice and pursued a career in the health insurance industry.  She was employed by an insurance agency in Rockville, Maryland, where she helped put together employee benefit packages for companies that employed between 2 to 2000 employees.  After 5 years of service, Nancy, was promoted to Manager of the Employee Benefits division.

Today, through Options 4 Health Insurance, Nancy is committed to helping people of all ages obtain health insurance plans to meet their needs and budget.  She is aware that everyone's situation is unique and she devotes her time, as well as her expertise and knowledge, in finding the best and most cost effective health plans for her clients.

Nancy has lived in the Washington metroplitan area for the majority of her life.  She graduated from Montgomery Blair High School in Silver Spring, Maryland and earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, Maryland.  Nancy is married and currently lives with her husband in Rockville, Maryland.
